This is a form that comes in two, three, four, and even five part paper. what does that mean to you? well, if you have a reason to send more than one copy to different places this would mean no hassle paperwork. For instance: accounting, the bank, the customer, the boss, and the customer file will all need a copy of the signed form. So there you have it, the five part form is for you. If you don't need that many copies, well get however many you need. And give your copy machine a break.I'm sure that toner and maintenace is getting quite expensive these days.
